Her work has focused on ensuring mission readiness, operational continuity, and administrative efficiency at scale, including operational support overseas in Korea and Germany where performance and adaptability were required in high-demand environments.

With a background in executive-level administrative support, HR systems, and operational coordination, that experience includes managing complex workflows, supporting organizations of 100+ personnel, and working within process-driven environments where systems must function correctly the first time.
